Overview
We are looking for a technical account manager to support our largest customers. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, making provisioning and deployments as easy as possible for our clients. When sale is completed, you will take over as the customer’s main point of contact within our organization, ensuring their success and driving a white-glove customer experience. As a technical account manager, you understand our products on a deep technical level and feel confident speaking with customers as well as vendors. You should be able to explain technical details and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
